I have quit supporting the NRA until the group is reorganized to allow the members to elect the leadership (and dumps WLP). The 2nd Amendment Foundation will get my money until that happens.

Apparently used items are not taxed here (but Ebay collects taxes on everything). I would think that a second hand firearm should be tax free.

Game and Fish say's nothing about recreational shooting within 1/4 mile of a building. They say you can not hunt within 1/4 mile of an occupied structure unless you have permission from the owner. If you own the building or have permission from the owner you can shoot out of the windows if you want...

As I understand it, G&F says no shooting within 1/4 mile of an occupied dwelling and the state (apparently not enforced) says 1 mile. Either way, that requires a healthy sized chunk of land. I know of at least one shooting range that does not meet the above criteria, so there must be a way.

Just looked at the link at the bottom of the first post in this thread. It refers to FixNra.com. I plugged that term into several search engines and got only responses to a different site, as if that site does not exist. Because the link leads to a gofundme site, run by Google, I would prefer not to...

Along with ridding the NRA of LaPierre, we need to change the organization so the members elect those who run it. As I understand it, that is not the way it is now.

Sounds interesting, but the site says "free" shipping for orders over $40. Sounds like shipping would probably take the cost of an order ($39.95 for the yellow one) above the cost of one of the $44.95 versions.
