I saw a “news” thing on a court decision that cancels part of or delays the pistol brace ban. What I saw was very non detailed.
Anyone else here have better info?

Re: Silencer shop Form one full auto software process question.
My experience is to make all corrections and review every detail before submitting. There is no edit after that. I’ve been turned down on a form 1 and 4 on minor issues on the eform.

Re: 25mm M793 legal to own?
Insert it in a launcher, point in a safe direction, pull the trigger. You’ll get your answer. And if it does work, it should be legal because it will have been expended.

Re: Pentagon's plan to address suicides: restrict access to guns
Sooo, let me get this sorted out. You give them a gun, extensively train them to use it, tell them to take the gun and kill enemies with it, then tell them they can’t have a gun!
Hmmm

Re: Anyone here have recent transfer success on F4
Guys, FWIW. I got a disapproved on my Efile form 4 because of the address. The efile has no provision to edit so my SOT could do nothing. Make sure it has everything perfect before hitting the send button. Also the disapproval came after a 9 month wait. The other gun was paper file and done 3 months...

Yeah, it might just get the welded on fake. Still have a couple months to do it.
On a side note has anyone seen the forgotten weapons video on why the SBR is part of the NFA? Bureaucracy just for the sake of bureaucracy.

Re: Interesting experience outside of tombstone tactical yesterday
It is private property so the owner or leaser can dictate policy. When ATF is in their store, ATF is looking for excuses to pry deeper. The owner wants no such excuse and the bureaucrat to submit a report "nothing found".

AK conversion pistol to rifle
Does anyone here have ideas on converting AK brace pistol to a regular rifle configuration. Before I do the form 1 thing and have a useless firearm I can't sell, maybe just make it a rifle and call it done. As a pistol this thing is not accurate (less than a regular AK) and at night is just a blindi...

Re: Tracers -- what are they for?
The curiosity is valid, as are the answers. But ultimately, the question itself is dangerously close to "who needs a military weapon?" I realize the question posed here does not have the same hostile attitude attached to it. Just pointing out how close to the edge it is. Totally agree. Ye...

Re: Bumpstock ban overturned and ruling is good for braces
Guys, all it really means is that until the chevron doctrine is decided, ATF won't come out with an arm brace decision. ATF previously said they would announce an arm brace rule in December. That didn't happen because the appeals court decision sending it back to the lower court, would have made any...
