Appreciate the offer. But I put on a set of Magpul flip-up iron sights for now.
I'll explore optics again in the future.

Re: RMR Riser
I'm going to return the Defender today and go a different route. It might not be as low profile and lightweight, but definitely cheaper.
$250+tax for the optic plus another $50-$100 or whatever it's going to be for a riser... That's more than I was looking to spend.

RMR Riser
I picked up a Kel-Tec Sub-2000 Gen3 the other day. I want to keep it as light weight and low profile as possible. I picked up a Vortex Defender RMR for it this afternoon, but I'm immediately not happy with it. Not the fault of the RMR, but I can't see the damn dot. I mounted it in several different ...

Re: Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Generation 3!
Anyone have suggestions for a compatible 9mm muzzle brake/comp/flash hider?
Been out of the gun scene for awhile. Not sure who has what these days.

Re: Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Generation 3!
They are back in stock on Sportsman's website. Placed my order tonight. I couldn't resist. ETA is Thursday and I can't wait.

Re: Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Generation 3!
Yep, still showing unable to ship to FFL of otherwise order online and out of stock in store.
I rather not pay an FFL fee and I personally have no issues with Sportsman's. But yes, I understand the store has changed.

Re: Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Generation 3!
Just my opinion. The price for the gen 2s is a clearance price with the rebate. The rotating barrel is what sold it for me. I don't have to remove my RMR to fold it. Absolutely. The Gen3 is what I want. I would buy it today if I could find it. But I'm not going to drive all over the valley or make ...

Re: Kel-Tec Sub 2000 Generation 3!
Stopped by Sportsman's on my lunch break. They had two Gen2 sub-2000's in stock, but no Gen3. They only had a Gen3 in the back for a customer that ordered online. Speaking of which, it appears to be out of stock online. Guy said right now they only have them online and not carrying in store yet. I l...

Does anyone know of any FFL's carrying the Gen3 yet? Prefer East Mesa area.

Well I know what I'm spending my tax return on. I've been wanting one for years. Time to stop putting it off.

Re: Going into debt to buy ammo :) Time to reload.
Around 10 years ago I got into reloading for a brief amount of time. Not sure how much I spent, but it had to be north of $1k. It saved me nothing and I paid more for my reloads than buying factory ammo. I think the trick is volume. I didn't shoot enough or reload enough to recoupe my investment bef...

Re: PSA Dagger local seller?
Alpha Dog doesn't look far from me, maybe I will check them out tomorrow.
Thanks for the tip.
I know there have been a few in the classifieds lately, but I don't want to waste anyone's time "just looking". No guarantees I'd buy it and they haven't been local to me either.

PSA Dagger local seller?
If this has been posted before, please link to it and ignore this. That said... I'm a Glock guy, but I have been thinking of buying a PSA Dagger. However ergonomics and how the gun feels in my hands overall is very important to me and ultimately the deciding factor if I buy one or pass. Which brings...

Re: AR-15's are boring
Well the good news is there are a lot of pre fit barrels on the market making bolt guns the new Lego. I got a barrel from Patriot Valley Arms, put it into a Defiance action and put that barreled action into a Bravo stock along with a Trigger Tech and it’s been a great shooting system. Thanks for th...
