Re: TV Shows Push Gun Control Myths – in Sync with Biden

When you look at Lott's bio at the bottom of the page you see this nugget... "Until last month, Lott was the senior adviser for research and statistics at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy." What could have possibly changed in the last month to cost him his job with t...

Re: Where to find .38 Special

Thanks all. I think I'm just going to start reloading my own assuming any gear or components will be available when I make it back to the US.

Re: Utah Becomes 17th State to Abolish Concealed Carry Permit Requirement

I think Utah was the first to allow campus concealed carry also. Regardless of the rules of any public university.

Where to find .38 Special

Looking to find some .38 special lead round nose. Anybody have a source of supply that doesn't break or the bank or at least has plenty in stock? Other than reloading, seeing as how I have no reloading equipment :D. I've googled but haven't been too impressed with the results. Let me know if I'm jus...

I'm not going to lie, I dreaded clicking on this one. I was worried it was going to be bad, especially when you got to the "fell through the cracks" part. But they certainly pulled it through in the end!

Re: Mongomery County (MD) Deputy shoots suspect with stick (video) nsfw

As a big fat dude over 40, I have to agree that the cop probably should have tried some other method. I would have personally not drawn my weapon for an old man with a stick. That said, sure looked like a justified shoot to me. Mind you, I'm not a cop and have never been a cop. Don't know the whole ...

Re: shooting at Howard's Ace Hardware

If the story is accurate as described (not taking any bets) then that guy is dumb. Actually shooting at somebody who is running away?

You are all fundamentally misunderstanding the intention of Bills like this. They are not there so that the state can help you if you desire to start an illegal NFA factory. The intention is too deny the Federal Government manpower and resources.
I hadn't considered it this way. Good point.

Better late than never!

I've made the same commitment of 1000 rounds a few times in the past, only to have life get in the way. If only it was still just life getting in the way!

Listening to that cop who grabbed the baby was heart wrenching. Good, quick action on the part of those officers saved that kid's life.

Even my grandmother served in WWII. Volunteers and conscripts, couldn't tell the difference when they were all over there. Definitely a different world than today.

Is there something in this bill that says the state will provide a legal team to get you out of jail? Without the state being willing to actually protect you from federal law enforcement then meh.

3% ? Everything I have read in the last 40 plus years indicate it was around 5%. That means it could have been as high as 20% or as low as 1%. The organized militia was only part of the fight. https://www.defenceprocurementinternational.com/features/land/george-washington-kings-of-revolution The 3%...
