Re: Win 290 issues

FYI, that case did NOT fire. Thinking it's to far off the edge.

Win 290 issues

Trying to get this thing working for a friend. Winchester model 290 .22. I will fire one or twice then just a click. I THINK the problem is a chip in the firing pin. Ordered a new one to try. Have yet to find out how to get it all apart though.

Thoughts or ideas?
TIA

Re: Nikon say's they will no longer make scopes

I like them, pro staff has survived the beatings on my FAL with no problems. 1k + rounds through it. Have the P223 on one of my AR's

Re: 224 valkyrie build

Proper buffer weight is largely dependent on barrel weight (mass) WRT bolt bounce. Heavier barrel = heavier buffer. The other primary factor affected (dwell time) depends on the size of the gas port and the relation of GP to barrel length. Why would the weight of the barrel affect buffer weight?

224 valkyrie build

What buffer works best with it? Some places say the carbine one is fine, others say H1. Same with the tube. Carbine or rifle length?

Bullzaye wrote: April 8th, 2020, 12:14 pm I would recommend Mark Graham of Arizona Response Systems. I cannot guarantee that he is still doing AKs, but still...no harm in calling.

But...he is located in Surprise. That may be too far out of your way.

Nothing but FAL's right now last he said.

Guns Etc is still Guns Etc. This place is way smaller and newer.
Ok. I went in guns etc once too. Overpriced and pretty rude too. Never again LOL
