Re: Ben Avery - closed

Ben Avery was done the moment they decided to virtue signal and remove all the courtesy wooden shooting blocks. Now the range nazi's lose their mind if I want to eat some chips, or have a drink at my table. The entire place is run by leftist liberal cucks, most of which are out of state snowbirds t...

Care to explain? The prices are decent, the range is clean, and all the staff seems pretty nice. I've always had a good experience there.

Incorrect, having ones rights restored in state court is recognized by federal courts. These guys getting flagged and prevented from purchasing in CA could literally open ffls in the feds view. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/qa/if-person-has-been-convicted-disabling-offense-there-means-other-relief-h...

I wouldn't mess with polly uppers in any brand; too many failures but I'll vouch for the gen2 Plum Crazy. Literally 1000's of rounds. Was my first AR from a couple years ago. Stupid light weight.

Re: California refusing to recognize the restoration of firearm rights by courts in other states.

To my knowledge, even if you have your rights restored by the state, you're still forever bared at a federal level; meaning, if you do carry and are legal for that state, you can still never purchase a firearm from a business according to the 4473 and you can be charged with a prohibited possessor c...

Re: Handicap parking spot shooter guilty of manslaughter.

When two idiots try and occupy the same space this happens. I'd say sad story, but it's not. Idiot one with a gun calling out idiot two over a parking space. Both try and get bad, one gets dead, the other goes to prison. The world may be a better place both removed.

Re: BLM proposal to build 4 new shooting sites

My naturally suspicious nature can't help but imagine the REAL reason why they would do such a thing. Yes,...this is a positive, ultimately. But my first thought is that with such places, they would have legal cover to run shooters out of anywhere and everywhere else. I expect that soon, unless a h...

Apparently he didn't want to go fishing any more either. Times have changed and unless you live in Show Low, if you have a rig hanging off your hip, especially in a park with kids running around, common sense dictates your chances that you're going to be hassled go up exponentially. I love the fact ...

Sounds fishy, but why even open carry? No permit required to conceal; unless that's changed.
