Re: Ruger's new AR-10 platform
How would this compare to a Sig 716i? Been offered a trade but don’t know much about the gun. Should I hold and go Ruger?

Are you leaving it on all the time or turning it off for 3 weeks and then it's dead?

Re: Buying used via FFL transfer
When I posted the question it wasn’t to single anyone out. After watching the video I can understand a seller going that way. As a buyer it really doesn’t offer a solid benefit. Bottom line; if it’s your gun I believe you can sell it any way you want. As a buyer that’s my issue to deal with. I’m jus...

Buying used via FFL transfer
Been seeing this as requirement for buying used guns more and more. Other than direct evidence of chain of ownership maintained by a third party does this offer anything else? As a buyer what am I getting for my money for the FFL fee? How is it better than flashing an ID and writing info down? Not l...

300 Winchester Magnum. If you need the range AND the knockdown power you have it. I use a worked over Winchester Model 70 for delivery.

If they wanted to protect the children, they would have been holding signs like this. But that is not their goal. warning.jpeg Know a 20 year elementary teacher who is armed and trained and CCW anytime she is not on campus. She would gladly carry at school. If they pass Red Flag laws they’ll probab...

Re: Usery pass/Rio Salado range
Rio is a range with rules. They have a lot of them. They also have a lot of new shooters so the rules kinda make sense. They don’t make any secrets about the rules and repeat them every single cease fire. Yet someone will always violate one while I visit. It almost defies logic since most of them ar...

Had a 917v. Swapped out the trigger to a Riflebasics model; what a difference. Was a real tack driver but decided it was cheaper to shoot 223 reloads that keep feeding it.

Re: Side charging AR's
ADCOR Defense was making a pinned side charger upper that could be swapped over easily. Also kept the standard charging handle. Kinda nice. They made a gas piston or a DI version. Not sure what's up with them over the last 4 years.

Great country! Had some tasty food at the Riverfront BBQ in Ozark, AK 2 weeks ago. I could see myself living there down by the river!

Re: CMMG AR-15 .22 L.R. Conversion Kit
Love the box!
Great kit, runs great. A mag loader for these really is worth it IMO. Some lowers magwells work better than others for fitment. Some need the magazine guides sanded down. I dont usually recommend Frog Lube but once i coated the unit it made cleanup a breeze. All i use on it.
