Having used Phoenix custom rifles several times I’ll call them even though it’s not a bolt but only need a custom base

Who would you trust on your BAR
Th king of getting a custom cantilever barrel mount rail fabricated. Very low intrusive (3 screws) and removable. Will take a little work but I got the idea.
So who does stuff like this? And trustworthy (yeah I have had issues)
