Hi all,
I've got a Hi Standard Sentinel 22 mag that is misfiring. From what I've read this is not a gun to tackle yourself without the correct jigs and knowledge, so I'm wondering if any gunsmiths in the valley specialize in these guns.

Don't think you will be finding anything suitable at a hardware store, and there are too many specific parameters to warrant a DIY (both in time and expense) IMO, even if you had a machine shop. Tho...

Couldn't agree more.

I just use a slightly oversized cleaning rod. The fluffy one. Only ever did it twice though. Worked well for me. The friction from the cleaning rod head pushes the case out easy-peazy.
