A5 buffer setup using A2 extension with spacer?
Im in process of planning out a 6.5 Grendel AR that will have a fixed stock, either the Magpul PRS or Fab RAPS. I would like to use a rifle length system as I already have the spare parts, and would like to try a low weight carrier and buffer setup. My intention is to try to make a A5 buffer system ...

Re: Are deez primers flat?
I’m with SMG. Flat primers indicating overpressure usually run into the grove and often have cratering around the firing pin strike. I suspect what you’re seeing is more of a result of excessive headspace, which would also contribute to the “meh” accuracy. Measure the fired brass against the unfire...

Re: 6ARC or 6.5 Grendel, talk me into either
Looking deep into this, im going with the Grendel. I have a Aero M4E1 receiver set in FDE, and I just ordered a Wilson Arms 20in barrel and bolt combo after reading positive remarks on the price/quality value.

Are deez primers flat?
Got some boxes here of S&B Tactical 6.5 Creedmoor, 140gn FMJBT. Accuracy is meh, better with a cold barrel. But for factory loads, do these primers look flattened?

My idea of a long range goal would be an IPSC silhouette at 1000yds.

Anyone try WIlson Arms barrels lately? I was looking at their 20" fluted barrel.

6ARC or 6.5 Grendel, talk me into either
Im looking to build a uber long range AR, 20-22in barrel. I have already bought all the parts Ive wanted in the build, all in FDE or to be cerakoted later. An Aero M4E1 receiver set, Rubber CIty lightweight bolt carrier, SSA-E trigger, Fab RAPS stock. I was set on 6 ARC after talking to some PRS sho...

Then add parking....
I park across the street for $5 and a 10min walk. There are other areas you can park for free down Grand Ave. if you dont mind walking a 1/4 mile.
Tip: Check out Grand Avenue Brewing Company just down the street after the show. The owner is very pro 2A and based AF.
