This guy drove right past us at 303 and vistancia then shot the guy getting onto the 303. We did not know what was up until a few minutes later. We did not see the shooting. Crazy s***. Terrorism comes to Surprise Arizona

Something along the lines of a Yaesu FT991A , which is considered a "shack in a box" , would be ideal for what you want. gives you access to all the ham bands, and monitor some additional informational frequencies. There are mods available for expanding the transmit capabilities if desired...

3000 rounds a session, once a month. I usually take a breather in the summer months.

Clean them when its needed. Once a year I take everything out and run a patch through the barrels, couple of drops on the bolts or actions, and clean any excess off. Once a year?
