Re: Meeting with BLM to discuss new ranges and desert shooting.

I think a good outdoor range would be around the backside of The White Tank Mountains near Sun Valley Parkway.

Re: Fast burning powder

Thanks for the reply. Didn't know that it was smokeless powder. Have always been weary of the term "smokeless powder." Like Columbo says "One last question" So smokeless powder can only be used in cartridges; but if it's loose it will explode? I'm asking for a friend he's a prop ...

Fast burning powder

:geek: I recently purchased the pietta 1858 Ace Snub nose black powder revolver. Less than a month ago I picked up some .44-.40 blanks from western stage props for a project I was working on. Was wondering if I could empty the cartridge and use the "fast-burning powder" in my new rig. Any ...

26.5mm Polish Flare Gun

So I bought a 26.5 mm polish flare gun just came in today. I have the insert to fire live rounds chambered for 45LC.410. My intentions are to shoot .44-40 blanks out of the rig. Picked up some fast burning blank ammo from Western Stage Props. How do you think that would go? Any insights or suggestio...

Re: Maybe if Alec Baldwin had learned more about guns, he wouldn't have killed someone today

Maybe it was like Bruce Lee's son where they were used a gun that had fired live rounds and the projectile got stuck...don't know the correct terminology off hand. But then they used that gun to shoot blanks not knowing and shot him dead.

I want to buy a 1911 build kit. I would really like to holster a 1911 pistol.
