I also have a SB precision piston that I installed. But even before that my 930 handled #8 just as well as #6,7.5 haven’t fired any #9 yet.

I enjoy RSSC’s Soorting clays and 5 stand courses. They had a Juniors league on Monday nights years ago. When I went there on Saturday, they told me they’ve extended their hours on Wednesday evenings. But no leagues.

I appreciate all the feed back. I ended up using boiled linseed oil. 5 very light coats with about a day in between, finished with several paste wax layers. My nephew decided he wanted the rifle and wanted “old school, just like when Grandpa bought it.”
