Recently picked up a 48 and am loving it. Got the model with the AmeriGlo sights.

Re: What are y'all carrying?
EDC gun is now a Glock 45 in a Knightfall Customs Married Appendix Holster w/ TRL-1. Made the switch back to Glocks after carrying a Glock 45 as my duty sidearm for about the last year.

Re: Rats tq
I prefer the CAT and SOFT-T Wide TQs. Used the CAT in combat on quite a few occasions and know quite a few guys whose lives they helped save. Not really a fan of the RATS TQ, there is a chance you can cause more unneeded damage to the individual than what has already been done. Pressure applied arou...

Re: Castle doctrine & vehicles
Good morning fellow internet lawyers. Do the castle doctrine principles apply to vehicles as well here in Arizona? I would think that someone who is approaching your vehicle with a specific threat, or in a threatening manner, would still not actually be entering the vehicle. By comparison, I’m unde...

Re: EDC backpack for rifle
maybe im running an sba3 Ah ok. If you don't have a tax stamp on the lower, they also have a Viper PDW stabilizer version available: https://www.strikeindustries.com/shop/si-viper-pdw.html I believe they're the same dimensions lengthwise. With a 10.5" barrel you'd probably be looking at about ...

Re: EDC backpack for rifle
Have you thought about trying a PDW stock, could get your overall length down a few more inches. I've used the Strike Industries Viper PDW stock on my SBRs and they have been flawless. No proprietary BCG and cheaper than some of the other PDW options out there. Pictured is my 9" 300 BLK, but al...

Re: CZ Sp-01 or Sig P320
I can't comment on the SP-01 as much as I can on the P320. I own P320's but my only experience with the SP-01 is from shooting my brother's. I am heavily biased toward hammer-fired guns. I've owned a lot of Glocks and Springfields, but divested myself of them all and had went strictly back to hammer...

True... About the same age I started... Once they can follow direction, understand consequences, and focus on the one thing at hand, it is okay to begin training... My son just turned 4 and is almost there probably start this year with airsoft guns, did nerf guns last year...

Re: NFA markings
Always put mine along the side of the left side of lower receiver near where it meets the upper (kind of above selector markings, but centered in that space). Used to go to Molon Labe in Peoria, but have heard they shut down.
