Re: 147gr or subsonic 9mm
The LEE 153 grain RN for 38 Super runs very quiet in my sub gun and will cycle some of my hand guns. Keeping it subsonic in a 10" sub gun limits it to what hand guns it will run reliably in. Granted, it's a casting and handloading proposition, but it's another option. And the six cavity molds m...

Put a Vortex on it and get more you behind the gun. No flash to screw with your vision and your neighbors will still talk to you.

Re: Big Sandy!!
There was a bit of that, indeed. You should have seen the fireworks going off in the daylight Sunday morning! Not much left after those frustrated by the weather cleaned up on targets.

CCML night shoot 16 Mar 2024
Finally, the cowboys and cowgirls have departed and we can get back to "real" shooting. TFIC, VBG. Anywho, we'll have our usual plate rack, Steel at medium and long range, A Dozier drill, some silhouettes at 7 yards for failure drills with movement and of course, our rifle targets at the...

Re: Wanting to buy machine guns, where to go?
Are you looking to get into belt feds, Thompsons or perhaps DD's such as mortars or grenade launchers? The upcoming Big Sandy will have a nice selection of all of the above as well as some cannons. Might be worth the $35 spectator fee to touch the waters, so to speak. Mar. 22-23.

CCML night match, Feb 2024
Well, dem cowboys did it again! No match this month, but a great chance to see lots of Stetsons and smell a goodly amount of black powder smoke at BASF this month.
Next match for us is 16 March, 2024. Should be a great match!
