ATF Pistol Brace Amnesty?
It was gonna happen……sooner or later…… Fr’instance did y’all know that Gunsite, that bastion of firearms training won’t even allow anybody to use a pistol brace in any of their classes? In fact they specifically state in the course requirements for their “Pistol Caliber Carbine” class: “Weapons equi...

Re: Yeager update
Well, that happened rather fast for him, didn't it. It took him down in less than a year, I think. I recall he had decided to go to Ukraine to at least make his certain death count for something,...but by the end of February he was already declining badly enough that they wouldn't let him. I think ...

Re: Fal and steel cased ammo
You shouldn't, but you can. All repeating rifles work better with brass. But will you HURT your FAL with steel cased ammo? Well, you will likely shorten the life of the chamber a bit. But if that means your rifle only lasts 9,000 rounds instead of 10,000, but you save a lot of money, is it worth it...

Re: Road Rage, gun vs knife
1. We have no idea what was occurring BEFORE the video started to roll. There are any number of reasons the man in the white T-shirt could have justifiably felt the need to pull a knife. Particularly since the biker was twice his size, the biker had a less than calm female companion who just MIGHT ...

Re: Well, I did it. I bought another gun
Sooooo, in the late 90’s I was stationed in Germany and had friend in Switzerland who owned a small gun shop and I got the bug for a K-31. He hooked me up with one that had been completely Swiss arsenal reblued and with a refinished stock. I found a place in CONUS that’d import it and started things...

Re: HEAT sequel inbound?
Fury did suck as it was highly inaccurate. Tanks are kind of my fun little nerd out hobby and based on a lot of history and experts they thought it was trash too. Yes, Fury “was highly inaccurate” because the film was strewn with woke Leftist Progressive themes such anti-capitalism, pro-Marxist, pr...

Re: New Rail Gun
They should call these gadgets what they really are: “Retard Detectors”. If I wanted an alternative kinetic energy distribution device I could get a pretty friggin’ good crossbow for $1600.00.

Re: HEAT sequel inbound?
Yeah, Mann being in on this means it will probably be good. His track record of movies is solid (Heat, Collateral, Miami Vice, BlackHat) The weakest of his movies is BlackHat - but it is still great cinematically and firearms wise. I always thought they should do a sequel. Chris (Val Kilmer) was th...

Re: Boycott CMT
Oh I’m way ahead of you cuz’ I’ve been boycotting CMT since it’s inception. After all, “country music” ain’t nuthin’ but redneck rap music. Besides, I don’t need to listen to no country AND western wailing cuz’ my truck runs fine, I don’t have a hangover, the double wide has been paid off, I gotta j...
