I am not reloading at this time. (Been looking into primers etc and I picked a really bad time to try and get into it). Beyond 1000meter punching paper or steel, I may use it for hunting at some point (elk, bear). My 308 is a Remington 700. Budget for the rifle is 1k-1200 Glass budget is around 6-800

I’ve been shooting 308, for the past 5-6 years. Looking to step into post 1000 meter range. I should have posted more info on that. I agree with all of you that trigger time is more important to get fundamentals down. With that said anyone like one over the other.

I have 2. 1 is the factory 8” and I have another one that has a 4” cut down. Both run flawless. I’ve tried old Ammo, junk Ammo, premium and they all run great. I was surprised on the accuracy as well. It’s good enough for me to take out for rabbits.

Numrich had been essential for me finding older parts. Just my .02.

I’m looking to get into long range shooting. I am familiar with 300 win mags but a buddy is trying to convince me to go to 300 prc. Anyone have any experience?

Glockmonger was a great smith. I still regret not buying that a5 he did Bonnie and Clyde style.

I love them and was in the fence also due to the pricing. I found a local dealer that had a stribog for a great price and went down that road. I’m extremely happy with it but still have the itch for another ak variant.

Try a piston upper, just got one from Adams Arms I like it, don’t know what kind of product availability they have right now +1 for Adam’s Arms. And if you check their blem section you can usually find some deals. I bought a 16” blem upper from them a couple years ago and the only spot I could find...

Just picked one up and not sure what route to go on an optic. I have an extra meprolight m21 but it is way to big on this little gun. Anyone have any experience and or pictures to help out?

Just a good ok x5. It has talon grips. Approx 500 rd’s. 2 mags. Original case. It’s in great shape, but since I got the xcarry it sits in the safe.

I know right now the market is crazy but what would be a good selling price to work off of for a sig x5? I am looking to pick up a 10mm and was looking at the Glock or possibly XDM. Or even a cz shadow or sp01 tactical, since I’ve been bitten again by the Cz bug. Wifey says something has to go and I...
