Followed up with bank for money order, never cashed; DPS never received it. Lo and behold, After phone call to local post office, USPS returns to sender. In the DPS addressed envelope. Reason was, address doesn’t exist. Over 30 days usps had it and did nothing with it. Postage was more than suffici...
