Re: Economical Long Shelf Life Food - What Do You Like?

I was working on building up my food supply, and I just put a big order in for some Keystone meats. I've never had a problem with any of their products before, but every single can of Pork in a big order was bad with the lids bulging.

I absolutely agree with the 4 rules.

They actually don't point guns at people a lot in movies. They point the guns in the general direction slightly off-angle. That's how it's normally done.

Re: Maybe if Alec Baldwin had learned more about guns, he wouldn't have killed someone today

This is what my film peeps are posting. It sounds like the production was a real cluster. Lots of safety concerns and much of the crew walked off the set earlier in the day because of the safety and work conditions. The 1st AD usually interfaces with the armorer to confirm visually that the gun is i...

Re: Maybe if Eric Baldwin had learned more about guns, he wouldn't have killed someone today

I'm seeing all kinds of rumors floating around. Some people are saying that the propmaster brought his guns to set loaded. Some people are saying that Alec intentionally killed her. Lots of crazy theories by a bunch of internet gossips. I'll be interested to hear as more details come out.

Re: Rio Salado Swap Meet Oct 23

The difference between a gun show and a swap meet is all semantics, at least in my mind. Yes, you could strike a deal with someone and then walk out to the parking lot to do the exchange. I don't know if they're actually overseeing the details on the BOS in any way or if you could say you sold a gun...

Re: Rio Salado Swap Meet Oct 23

They require a bill of sale on firearms transactions? By demanding that, they became the only gun show in Arizona requiring a Bill Of Sale. I'd strongly advise everyone to go to a gun show, any gun show, where they don't do California rules rather than go to this one. I 100% agree. Mandating bills ...

Re: Preview of the NEW ArizonaShooting.ORG classifieds and auctions

For the amount of space on the top bar of the site, the logo probably needs to be mostly text. I think the text will just get lost, and it's not high enough contrast as is. It might be good to do a typography logo. I do like the idea of suggestive images on the logo, but that may pigeonhole the site...

Re: Preview of the NEW ArizonaShooting.ORG classifieds and auctions

I can certainly understand where you are coming from, from a site health prospective but I can already see the achilles heel in your system. An "optional" verification system is pointless. It will at best be underutilized and at worst completely ignored by most of your new user base that ...
