Found Some Hard to Find Brass

After 6+ years of trying to get my hands on some, got an In-Stock notification from Midway USA for Nickel plated 30 Carbine brass. Brass.jpg Pretty sure I can count on one hand the number of times I've bought new brass, but I really wanted this stuff. Going to need a spotter to make sure I don't los...

Re: Side charging AR's

I have a cheap Bear Creek Arsenal 300 Blackout upper, but I haven't tried it yet.

Re: HENRY HOMESTEADER

Assume it won't be offered in 40 since it's a dying caliber.

Really wish I would have bought a Ruger PC Carbine in 40 before they were discontinued.

Re: Tracers -- what are they for?

I bought a bunch of pulled tracers a few years ago with the intent of loading up cheap 300 BO plinking ammo. Too dry to shoot them around here, but probably be fun if/when I move somewhere green.

I'm pretty sure most of the negatives about PSA are to help justify the overly expensive boutique rifle they paid too much for.
Agree.

Re: Preferred barrel weight for "all-around" AR

I'm always on the lookout for a straight-fluted, 1/9 twist, nitride finish, with a Wylde chamber. I can find that rather easily in years past with 1/7 or even 1/8 twist, but it seems no one likes 1/9 anymore. Curious about the preference for 1/9. I've (perhaps incorrectly) been thinking for years t...

Re: Primers

I've used bunch of Muram small pistol and large pistol, never a problem. Wish I would bought more when Powder Valley had them for $14.00 a thousand. Muram Apparatus Factory made PMC, Wolf and Tula. Wish I would have bought more too. Pretty sure I was being cheap though and only bought the max for o...

What is it that makes people hop about when they're trying to murder someone?

Re: Maybe if Alec Baldwin had learned more about guns, he wouldn't have killed someone today

"It was the armorer!

No, I mean it was the gun!

No, no, I mean it was the supplier!"

Most of the CBS readers are freaking out because they just learned that people can make their own ammo...
