Re: Help with Diagnosis

Was it one of these? The FP BB
If so, I imagine you don't have the bullet seated quite deeply enough. Seat another 1/16" deep and it should work.

Re: Demostrators marching into burbs, looking to get shot

So the "peaceful protesters" broke open a locked security gate to get into the gated community, probably using a chain and vehicles to tear it open, then march through the community. Their history said that they were now going to vandalize, destroy and commit arson in the community and the cops did....

I heard, not sure if it's TRUE or FALSE. Federal law prohibits wearing a mask while carrying a firearm. Makes sense though.
From what I've read, it's not a Federal law, but some states have this on the books.

You're safe, but as remow said, shoot one and take a peek at the brass for pressure signs, then continue on.

Re: A**hat policy at Cabela's ('n Bass Pro)

I bought a Henry Golden Boy there for Mrs. Flash when I found that they were selling them at the cheapest price I could find anywhere on the net. I bought it with Cabela's Bucks so it cost me nothing. I've also bought 2 Sig P220s from their gun library, one from the one in Glendale and one from the ...

Re: ATF doing shady stuff with pistol braces again

I imagine he is using the term brace in a generic fashion, meaning there are a bunch of different makes and models owned by 700,000 Americans.

Re: Panic Buying Over Yet?

Agree with a caveat. I'm trying to keep my friends who are self employed open. My friend who is a barber is just trying to feed his family and someone in the location where he is at snitched on him for not "social distancing" and or "wearing masks". So while dealing with a bunch of Karen's he has t...

Re: Panic Buying Over Yet?

Man gtfo here with that. It's social conditioning to accept the "new normal". Hard pass. The only time I will wear a mask is if it is a private business and I need something from them that i cant get anywhere else. Most of these businesses it seems are trying to outdo one another on the most ridicu...

Re: Ear Pro to use w/carbine

Yep Problem solved with Walkers. That's how I solved shooting any rifle. They are pretty effective on reducing the noise level, and can still have casual conversations. The only downside the controls suck and the batteries are hard to find (I believe Size 10). Size 10 are easy to get on Amazon and ...

Re: Best powder for .223/5.56

I'm busily using up 16 pounds of H4198 I got for $100.00 (couldn't pass it up) and believe it or not, it meters within a tenth of a grain when I check it and is very accurate.

Even I couldn't believe it.

Re: Best powder for .223/5.56

All guns are different and the only way to find the best powder for your AR is to try several in different loads and see which is the most accurate.
