Re: Criterion barrels
I bought a bunch of them to re barrel several of my M-14's with. I installed them, did the final cut of the chamber with a M-118LR pull through reamer. Pulled them apart and had them salt bath nitrided, cryo treated and then put them back together. All shot 1/4 inch at 100. I never remove the coppe...

Do you have what you need to put it back on once it's threaded?

Re: Need help to ID a value
I've always found it's a pain to sell used scopes and the value diminishes quickly, sometimes it's better to hang on to them until you have a need again someday...

Re: CZ SP-01
I really like the sp-01 but I think it is well worth it to spend a bit more for a custom shadow2

Re: Calling all 1911 owner's
For me it has to be a 1911 and it has to be 45acp
I had a kimber custom shop 1911 in 9mm I got in trade. I loved how it shot, but the reduced recoil threw me off and I had to let it go. Anyone have a similar experience?

Re: Winchester Xpert .22 LR AMMO is JUNK
I don't know if it will create more wear on my rifle or not, but I don't buy 22LR ammo that isn't hi velocity. For semi autos and it's just too frustrating when they won't cycle.

Re: Should I move to a turret press or progressive
I have been loading on a single stage RCBS for years. This was great for accuracy but not volume. Thinking about an upgrade. Should I go with a turret press or move on to a progressive press? Everything thing I read says to get a Dillon progressive but, Lee seems to be a better deal. Any thoughts? ...

Re: 308 battle rifle.
M1A's are "light"? I mean...they aren't anvils, but...light? I don't think I've ever heard anyone describe them as such, but...okay! In any case...I had mentioned the HK91. But, truth be told...if I were looking to buy a first .308 semi-auto today, I probably wouldn't be buying an HK. I mi...

Re: First build
A few obscure sites that have good parts for reasonable prices are JSEsurplus surplusammo.com (I got an ar barrel from this site a few years ago on clearance that shoots as well as my rifle cut barrel. I called and asked who did the rifling and they would not disclose.) Now there prices are a bit hi...
