Re: Galil Ace 2 5.45x39 + Liberty Constitution Suppressor

300 is a great caliber for subs... with the gemtech, yes, ONLY SUBS though, you do have to worry about gas VOLUME, especially through pistol specific cans. I havent looked a liberty in awhile, if it has a replaceable front cap, Im sure they probably have .30 cal cap for it, which would be a quieter...

Re: Galil Ace 2 5.45x39 + Liberty Constitution Suppressor

Hey boys, chamber pressure has nothing to do with suppressor barrel length restrictions. The restrictions come mostly from warranty claims on baffle erosion from unburned powder, unstabilized bullets causing baffle strikes and a lot of CS calls because its not "hollywood" quiet. A normal ...

Agreed, thanks. I don't want to find out what happens. I have a Rugged Razor currently in jail at my FFL that has no barrel length restrictions. 🙃

Galil Ace 2 5.45x39 + Liberty Constitution Suppressor

So I have a Galil Ace 2 5.45x39 pistol with a 8.3" barrel: https://iwi.us/product/gap70sb/ I'd like to use it with the Liberty Constitution 556 suppressor that the ATF finally let me have last month after a 13 month wait. https://libertycans.net/centerfire-rifle-suppressors/the-constitut...

Re: Daniel aka "Glockmonger" has passed

Just in case anyone else was wondering what happened, a quick search and I came across a page with these details: On 1/21, Daniel "GlockMonger" Mullins was found dead at his home in Tempe, Az. Cause of death is pending the final ME report, but it looks to be a heart attack or stroke. For t...

Re: Daniel aka "Glockmonger" has passed

Damn, one of the first people that I met on the old board, went to his place on 7th St several times and still have a really nice Saiga 12ga conversion that he did for me. Always had a Glock 26 in his pocket and inspired me to do the same. RIP.

Re: UN Ammo In Glendale Closes It's Doors

Does anyone know if Howie will go back to selling ammo directly without a storefront like he used to? His pricing was always the best around. Still have crates of the commie 5.45 as well.

Re: AK Pistol in 5.45x39 for SBR?

Completely agree about US made AKs, I've been watching Arsenal for any AK74 pistols and if they begin producing them again I'll be all over it. Funny you mention $2000 because that is exactly what my budget is. I'm not saying that it's reasonable, but as you know prices are through the roof right now.

AK Pistol in 5.45x39 for SBR?

Looking for recommendations on a high-quality AK-74 pistol build that I can SBR or add a brace to and avoid the added expense of SBR if possible. Really, really wanted the IWI Galil 5.45x39 pistol, but since they were limited to 545 total it's been impossible to find one for under $2500. Any recomme...

What Bullzaye said. Signed up and was notified a couple weeks later, and bought one. Exactly, BUT...I was able to order one fairly easily in September on the first try. A friend repeatedly responded to the "now in stock" email within 10-15 minutes and still couldn't get it ordered fast en...

Re: Opinions on the PSA AK-V?

Again thanks for the feedback. Been on the hunt since I posted this and haven't had any luck so far. Can't say I have used one but if you are after a 9mm AK you should check out the kalashnikov us kp9 and kr9. Runs really smooth and was about the same price. I do like these but aren't the magazines ...
