Re: Help with updating my revolver carrying wife....
Take her to one of the dealers like SGC or C2 and rent a few choices. Have her shoot them. Then pick from there. My default is usually a Glock 19 simply because they are damn near dummy proof. But reading her requirements in your first post, I'd lean towards the Beretta Px4 Storm compact as an optio...

Re: how many times will you chamber a round
Some years ago I took to wondering about this as well. So I took 8 very popular 45ACP ammo manufacturers' products and cycled them 12 times each in a 70 series Colt 1911. I calipered each time I chambered it. Used the slide release method, not sling shot. Here were my findings. Hopefully the pics ca...

Re: What is It
They hurt way worse than paintballs, especially the .223 ones.
Got hit in the neck doing F-on-F training with Will Petty.
I swear to Budda I thought the guy had accidentally loaded live 5.56 ammo for about 3 seconds.

CMMG Banshee upper
Hahn Precision AR to 9mm adapter
Colt style mags (or Uzi converted for bolt hold open)
Sub caliber buffer
Should be good to go. Built one years ago on an existing SBR lower and it's got a bunch of rounds through it with no issues.

Re: I feel sorry for this guy
He needed to not stop and keep driving. It's a no win situation with these animals, because they're being protected by the local government. He should drive home and put his house up for sale and move the hell out of the sh!thole. There's no fixing these cities run by these azzholes. You realize th...

Re: Suppressor alignment rods
I handload so have brass squib rods. Think I paid a total of $75 for 8 or 9 from Brownells.
They work just fine from
.223 to 45ACP.

Re: Custom AR ?
‘Custom’ takes a gunsmith. Building an AR from a pile of parts doesn’t even take an armorer- it literally takes access to YouTube and a few tools. I’ve seen a few custom ARs and each of them was for gamers. Lightening mill jobs, tuned triggers, and a few other things. I’ve built over 20 ARs from var...

I always ask for a handwritten post it note in a picture next to the firearm.
On the post-it I just want them to write their email address and gun model.

Re: Form1 suppressor Cleo
I did a custom manufacturer model and it took me about 3.5 months before it went from pending research to pending. Then about 9 days till I got my stamp.
Next one I build I will use my same model with a new serial number

Re: Fenix Ammunition...Check Yes or No
Gotta love free enterprise.
If someone said I had to check a box that I DID vote for Biden, relatively sure I'd just shop somewhere else. Unless it was for good tasting beef jerky. Then, by God, I'd lie and say I did, because tasty beef jerky is friggen worth it.
