No, these are marking cartridges used in force on force training. Basically they’re paintballs.

Simmunition, sub caliber 9mm. Primer fired marking cartridge, the plastic part acts like a piston to cycle the action. Damn they hurt, about twice as bruise worthy as a paintball.
