Re: Gun Movement
I liked Backpage back in the day, but soured on the whole selling guns to individuals thing when I had to go to a police department a couple of times to look at police line ups due to a prohibited possessor being caught with a gun I had sold. Now I just keep everything I buy... I have recently been ...

Re: The Mormon plan for active shooters
I too have not met an anti 2A Mormon. The ones I have hung out and shot with were very knowledgable and involved their whole family in shooting and hunting.

4:30 placement, smaller gun and losing 60 pounds all attributed to making the seatbelt problem go away for me.

And here I thought they were supposed to be blurry.... Eye problems are quite frustrating. I have learned to accept the blur as the price to be paid. Eotech, Romeo, Aimpoint have all been blurry through my craptastic eyes. Going to have to try a Holosun now.

Re: Online training or DVDs/videos
YouTube has many good guys and many a**hats. If you're on lockdown due to china flu you have the luxury of idle time so spend some of it watching YouTube and reading the comments there and after a bit of time you will be able to discern solid advice from BS.

Re: NICS SLOWDOWN OR SHUTDOWN?
Count me as one of those wishing their CCW hadn't expired. Everytime I go to purchase a gun I have to wait 24 to 72 hours for my NICS to clear. Really wish I knew why I'm always delayed like that- never used to be.

Re: Is there another run on ammo because of Coronavirus?
The sheeple will never learn....Incremental acquisition during times of plentiful supply and fair pricing seems far too sound of a plan to follow. OMG, there's no more guns and ammo at the store-lets panic buy seems to always be the winning way of the herd mentality.

Re: Virginia looking to make firearms training a class 5 felony
I'm afraid this will be coming to our state sooner or later, but.... The silver lining in this china flu time is more folks with opposing views have seen the value of having the freedom to buy a gun. Hopefully they will be mindful of their newly discovered 2nd Amendment freedoms when they hit the vo...

Re: AJI out of ammo
Limits on toilet paper, milk and ammo....we are practicing for the not too distant future socialist takeover comrades. Glad I took advantage of the decent pricing we have had over the past couple of years for ammo and guns. I applaud the freedom of choice we have had in our capitalist nation and do ...

Out of the given choices FAL. Expand the choices- still would roll with the FAL, but a 7.62 AR is interesting too because of the availability and ability to build exactly what you want.

Re: Rugers new 57 pistol in 5.7X28
I am holding out hope that the 57 will become popular and maybe even spawn a PCC to ultimately bring more 5.7 ammo onto store shelves at a better price point so I can shoot my FiveseveN a bit more often and somewhat economically. I have yet to see a 57 in person- perhaps I don't get out enough?

.45 is my favorite handgun caliber. Easy round to reload and plenty powerful without beating up the hand.

Re: What is your SHTF side arm?
Out of what I own it would be a CZ-75 and that would be primarily due to the abundance of available 9mm rounds, as well as the accuracy and dependability of the CZ. Although you can hump around alot of 5.7 to feed an FN.
