Having spoken to him many times, I concur. The majority of "firearms trainers" are full of BS.

Re: NRA/ILA meeting

Let me know when the NRA/ILA actually accomplishes something, and maybe people will start attending. Other pro-2A groups deserve your money becuase they are actually doing something.

This is why when I take apart my Glock (or any firearm that requires me to pull the trigger to release the slide) I am always very careful to not put anything in front of the muzzle except the floor.

Stupid should hurt.

Re: Bear Creek's Glock clone...nope

Never owned, but I've certainly fixed dozens. s*** chambers, tons of chatter. Always close on NOGO and FIELD gauges. Misaligned and undersized gas ports. Non-square shoulders and threads. Barrel extensions non-concentric and index pins not in line with gas port. They are junk.

If you can't afford $50, you can't afford a suppressor.

Worse than Crossroads, smaller than a Mesa gun show.

How about you just don't answer...seems pretty easy, nothing to get your panties in a bunch over.

Someone posts a story about ONE health care group (that none of us use) that asks a simple question, and everyone freaks out. Then someone backs it up with a story from 8 years ago.

Re: Commiefornia passes new noise pollution tax on firearms

This kind of bullshit is exactly why April 1st is the WORST DAY IN THE FIREARMS INDUSTRY. Some idiot is going to think this is real. SB 1253 would prohibit an individual in California from possessing a firearm without a valid Firearm Safety Card. https://www.nraila.org/articles/20240329/california-t...

Traded on the NYSE, VSTO.

I bought into Vista back in 2019, and I’m up 302% since. It’s been a fantastic stock for me. Covid was awesome.

Re: The coming powder shortage

The main factor in "shortages" is forum topics exactly like this one. Remember the 22lr shortage? It happened mainly because people read on some forum that there was a shortage (there wasn't), and then they rushed out to buy as much 22lr as they could find. The next guy sees some empty she...

Are you talking about the phone app? Or the on-device menus?

I'm waiting for Applied Ballistics or even Garmin to come out with an integrated ballistics app.

I have one of those, too. It's a great case. Don't see why Garmin can't throw one of those in the box...it's $7.84.

Re: Question for Labradar Owners

I dont think anyone buying labradars anymore, they are screwed. I upgraded from my magneto speed setup to garmin. Had to buy a cheap case for it on Amazon. Lot's of Magnetospeeds and Lab Radars in the EE section of ARFCOM. I was lucky enough to dump my Magnetospeed quickly so I could grab the Garmi...

Re: Question for Labradar Owners

I would ad, if you can wait for a bit longer, Caldwell is coming out with a radar style device similar to the Labradar, but it will calculate your BC for you. As QuietM4 says, muzzle velocity is what most of us focus on, but for us geeks who like additional data the radar style chrono gives it to u...
