Re: Videos of engagements
21 foot rule https://m.youtube.com/shorts/VnhSMJr8luk That video is BS. The statute is “reasonable and necessary”. Regardless of distance, if a reasonable person thought it was necessary to use deadly physical force, it should be justifiable. The prosecutional standard for determining reasonable an...

How about a Dan Wesson DWX?
I picked one up recently. I like it better than any other 2011 I’ve tried.

Re: Just Shut-UP, vs. Give a Brief Statement
My sense is that they are both right. Ayoob's positions have some validity (first impressions are important). I think that if one had the discipline to say ONLY those things - it would probably be OK. On the other hand - once people start talking they generally don't stop - and I know that I fall i...

More good info on why letting your attorney talk for you rather than try and explain it yourself. Ayoob is still an idiot.

Re: Just Shut-UP, vs. Give a Brief Statement
The more Ayoob talks, the more he shows he doesn’t know what he is talking about. There is the way the world is, and there is the way you want the world to be. Victor knows how the world is, and Ayoob lives in fantasy land. Ayoob talks out his backside and sells fear to people who don’t know better....

Re: Are deez primers flat?
Yes those are flattened primers. Not the worst Ive seen by far but there are definite high pressure signs. Some people only care about extreme flattening and cratering around the firing pin strike caused by the primer trying to flow into the firing pin hole. I don’t know if the is a universal standa...

Re: Foe, or not...much respect for Brother-In-Arms
Nah. John Chapman easily beats this. Left for dead by the Seal team he was attached to. He fought alone for hours while mortally wounded including hand to hand. When a rescue chopper was inbound he saw they were vulnerable to anti aircraft fire. He exposed himself to take out the threat. Died saving...

That was an impressive jump.
I’m guessing his re-sentencing isn’t going to get him just timed served. Plus he’s looking at a few more felonies.

I find nothing to fault. Outstanding work, job well done.
Also, hostage kid did not freeze, but got out right smartly.
Gold stars all around.

Sounds like sanity. Now we just need to get Trumps bump stock ban overturned, and FRT enforcement blocked.

Johnny did a good job breaking this down so as to not hurt my brain........ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1rIkhBk5lo&t=645s No he did a horrible job. He claims this is about corporate espionage. The simple facts is that sanctioned Russians and Russian companies were trying to find a way arou...

Re: Israel reverses stance on gun control
You have to understand that Israelites, and even a lot of western secular Jews, have a strong socialist viewpoint. They believe that the government should handle things like protecting people. It’s a collective tasks not an individual role. Take a look at something that is unique and is truly Jewish...
