Re: HB2111 - any updates?
A toothless gesture designed to appease some while pissing off the Feds at the same time...good use of time and resources. This bill has the legal teeth of a bad Yelp review. You don’t see this as something more? Several other states have signed bills like this. If F troop shows up, local LE will n...

Not quite...there were just ruled "not machine guns". https://www.arizonashooting.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=12090 More like the 6th circuit did not agree on lower courts ruling/siding with Chevron Deference; and it’s going back to the lower, district court for hearing. I’m guessin...

HB2111 - any updates?
Looks like passed state house and senate.
I’m surprised no one has posted here. Anyone close to the bill have any updates? Looks like AZCDL is heavily involved here.

Good question, I was just about to ask.
Although not my favorite people in the world, the NFA desk is actually pretty helpful when you call in and ask questions.

Re: Form1 suppressor Cleo
I’ve sent all mine to DPS. I live in Maricopa county, and in Phoenix. Speaking to an attorney, he said as long as its local, county, or state that I’m in, I’m good to go.
And with Williams being super liberal, and Penzone being anti 2A; DPS seemed logical next choice.

Re: CCW wait time
Took 38 days from the time I sent via UPS (not first go around where usps held it for 30 days and RTS).
All in all, no bad. Albeit, still bothers me we have to go through this process.
