6-3 Supreme Court says Bump Stocks NOT Machineguns!
And the hits just keep coming. Haven't read the whole decision to see if there are any good nuggets in there that might extend to other cases or issues.

If you want to sell the spare A1 upper I would be interested. Don't care about color. Just want one for a build for my kids.

Re: Uh,...um,...stand back,...he's about to test fire that thing
Dude needs to learn how to use a mill and a TIG welder 🤔 I think the point that he is trying to make is that with no real tools you can make a firearm. Kinda a thumb in the eye of the ATF over their frame & receiver overreach. The ATF has gone all in on if you have intent to make something than...

NFA Form 1 e-times
Not sure anyone is still interested in SBRing a pistol since the pistol brace ban got nixed. I just did 2 eForm 1's and got approved forms back in 14 days. Had one small issue with e-signed form 5320.23 as to the requested physical signature. Submitted the changes and got approved forms 13 hours lat...

ATF says smoke grenades now verboten
Apparently the ATF removed the exemption they granted to smoke grenades and low power flashbangs. They had previously held that these items were not explosive devices and did not need special permitting to possess. They changed their minds and now removed that exemption to little fan fare or notice....

I think the LPK I got was a leftover from Bushmaster. I'm just going to try and source some pins and hope for the best.

Need help with Sun Devil SD308
Long, long ago. In the before time............ I bought a stripped Sun Devil SD308 (AR308) set. This was back in October of 2016. I'm just getting around to build it up and have run into a problem. I'm using one of the CDNN AR308 LPKs. The front pivot pin is mostly wrong. It's too long on the head s...

Re: What is Delta Force carrying these days?
Rocking a 40rd Pmag in the gun but has 30rd USGI mags in his pouches. Something about the pic just seems off to me. That gun and all the accessories are pristine (for the most part, optics look worn).

Re: Is this a scam?
Definitely a phising attempt to steal all of your PII. Plus now they'd know you own guns and where you live so that opens up a burglary opportunity. If he thinks the gun might be stolen then meet at a PD and have the popo run it. But me thinks this individual is a connoisseur of meth and has a lot o...

Re: Any good Remington 1187 mechanics in the house?
I was a Remington trained 870/1187 armorer back in my old profession. We had 2 870s and 1 1187 experience issues that were traced back to the follower. 2 had their plastic followers replaced by steel ones and the other had a factory plastic one. The factory plastic follower was extremely worn and wa...

Re: calling classic p series Sig owners.
I'm just seeing this post and think you already got rid of the gun. I've been a SIG armorer since 2014 and prior to that did work on all my SIGs. I love SIGs and have modded all my personal guns to my taste. If you still need help please reach out.

Re: AR15's - direct impingement vs gas piston
If I can get reliable function without gasface (while keeping the same sound suppression) with a piston upper, then that would be a total winner. Unless shooting precision went to crap with the piston... I did not notice any accuracy issue with either the original 16" or 11.5" barrel out ...
